Shipping & Returns

--SHIPPING POLICY--

All items are drop-shipped "standard ground," unless otherwise noted.   Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after order confirmation.  Once items are shipped, delivery responsibility is with the carrier.  Tracking numbers are available once items have shipped.  Call us at 704-502-4991 or email sales@edutainmentzone.com if you experience any issues receiving your items.

--RETURN POLICY--

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

If you have not opened the item, you can return the product to us for refund, credit or replacement within 30 days, no questions asked. We do not take back opened software or DVD's unless defective. You must return the product to us undamaged AND in perfect condition. The product must be unregistered, and returned with everything that shipped with the product. If it is a Retail Box product, you must return it in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Please note: Shipping charges are NOT refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each software title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before you order. In cases of return, you must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email sales@edutainmentzone.com with your name, your order number (invoice number on your invoice), the title of the product, and the specific problem you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you. Call us at 704-502-4991 or email sales@edutainmentzone.com for a replacement shipment. We will include a prepaid return mailer in your replacement shipment that you can use to return the incorrect product to us. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (usually 2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
